I am exploring the dichotomy of emotions through these abstract expressionist paintings. Each painting is created with layers of paint, smears of gritty charcoal, gestural marks made with buttery soft pastels. I like the unpredictability and spontaneity of working intuitively and seeing each painting evolve.
