There is freedom in not attaching to one specific outcome but being open to unlimited possibilities by letting go of control. My latest abstract paintings express embracing the opposing forces; chaos and order to find balance in life.

These paintings are created with a sense of curiosity and freedom layer by layer.
I have explored various tools, techniques, and colors in applying paint, scraping some leaving traces of what was underneath peeking through, and emphasizing some areas with lines and marks. Working intuitively on each layer being guided one the before, focusing on energy and flow.
I have strived to find a balance between spontaneity and careful consideration.
