SHIPPING

WHAT SHIPPING PROVIDERS DO YOU USE?
I primarily use UPS and USPS as shipping providers with a tracking number shared once shipped 

HOW DO YOU SHIP?
I send all artwork wrapped in bubble wrap / paper in a cardboard box. I offer a flat shipping fee within the United States per order, depending on the largest piece in the order. The shipping cost is shown to you as part of the checkout process.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
Existing artwork will be shipped in 3-5 business days. Commission work is shipped only after the buyer approves the final product.

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN THE ARTWORK I PURCHASED?
All sales of original artwork are final. If you wish to exchange a print, please ship it back and let me know the new print details. 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRINT?
Please open and check your prints at once upon receiving them. We accept print returns and exchanges within 10 days of receipt. Please note that this timeline is relaxed during the holiday season. Please be aware an exchange may not arrive in time for Christmas. 

I DON’T LIKE THE COLORS ON THE PRINT – WHAT SHOULD I DO?
As described in the Print details section, please check the colors on multiple screens before placing an order. I try my best to show the colors and tones in my work honestly and clearly. We are happy to exchange your print for another that will work better in your space! Please see above for our exchange policy.

HOW SHOULD I SEND PRINT BACK?
Please use the original packaging. I suggest shipping with a tracking number so that we can track the package.
